Heavy Workouts

Below is a selection of OutFit's most challenging and demanding workout machines for those wishing to build body mass or enhance muscle. Suitable for GAA clubs, soccer clubs, rugby clubs, additions to gyms and for individual domestic use. 5 to 10 pieces would again provide a good overall workout.
Seated Chest Press

Item SOF1-014: Seated Chest Press

Function: Enhance strength of the upper arm and chest muscles, develops coordination.

Method: Sit on the seat with back straight, grip the handles with your hands, push straight outward then recover slowly to position. Then repeat this action. Suitable for 2 persons.

Abdominal Curl

Item SOF1-038: Abdominal Curl

Function: Strengthening the abdominal muscles

Method: Lie on equipment, with feet hooked firmly on the shaft. Cross hands behind your head, use your abdominal strength, to pull yourself up, slow recovery, then repeat this action. Suitable for 2 persons.

Leg Stretch

Item SOF1-040: Leg Stretch

Function: Training leg muscles, Increase the flexibility of your body.

Method: Lift one leg and place on the rail with body tilted forward. After stretching your leg change to other leg and repeat.

Lateral Pull-down

Item SOF1-012: Lateral Pull-down

Function: Enhance strength of the upper arm and back muscles, enhance the lung capacity and heart muscles.

Method: Sit down on the seat with hands on handrails, and pull down forcefully, then recover slowly. The equipment is suitable for one to two users simultaneously.

Fitness Rider

Item SOF1-002: Fitness Rider

Function: Training both upper limbs and lower limbs. Enhance coordination and increase capacity of heart and lung.

Method: Sit down on the seat, hands closed upon handrails. Make sure both feet are on the pedals and push down forcefully with your feet, until hands and feet are level Then repeat this action.

Chin-Up Bars

Item SOF1-017: Chin-Up Bars

Function: Enhance strength of the upper arm and back.

Method: clasp both hands upon the top rails, use force to pull in upwards direction, then release slowly to original position. Then repeat this action.

Dip Bars

Item SOF1-015: Dip Bars

Function: Enhance strength of the upper arm, shoulder and chest, enhance heart function.

Method: Clasp both hands upon the rails, curve your arm and do up and down movement, do not pull in horizontal direction. The equipment is suitable for middle aged and adults and use should be limited to two users at one time.

Rope Pulley

Item SOF1-018: Rope Pulley

Function: Enhance strength of the upper arm and overall body coordination.

Method: Stand underneath the rope with both hands closed upon the rope handles, draw the rope slowly in a vertical or horizontal direction.

Leg Press
Item SOF1-013: Leg Press

Function: Enhance the function of your digestive systme, and the flexibility of lower limbs.

Method: Sit down on the chair, push down forcefully with feet on outside step then repeat the action. The equipment is suitable for all ages and limited to 2 users at one time.

Back Extension

Item SOF1-001: Back Extension

Function: Stretch waist joints, relax back muscles.

Method: Stand between the circular bars, with hands by your sides. Lean over the curved surface and slowly stretch out the body, return to start position and repeat.
