A selection of 5 to 10 fitness machines especially geared towards use by the elderly, infirm or those in rehabilitation, providing an ideal aid to recovery and relaxation. This selection is best suited to supervised and controlled environments in hospitals, retirement homes, rehabilitation units etc. both indoor and outdoor.
Low Impact Walker

Item SOF1-004: Low Impact Walker

Function: Enhance strength of hip joint and waist muscles. Promote lung function capacity

Method: Stand on the pedal close both hands on the rail, and swing both legs back and forward in walking motion. The equipment is suitable for both middle-aged and elderly. Refrain from swinging both legs in the same direction at the same time.

Shoulder Flexor

Item SOF1-037:Shoulder Flexor

Function: Training upper arm muscles, enhance the flexibility of the shoulder joint.

Method: Close hand or hands upon wheel handle, and rotate in clockwise or anticlockwise direction. The equipment is designed for all abilities. Suitable for 2 persons.

Standing Rotator

Item SOF1-019: Standing Rotator

Function: Strengthen the liver, and balance your endocrine system.

Method: Stand balanced on the circular pedal, with hands closed upon handrails, twist from the waist and lower limbs. The equipment is suitable for one to three simultaneous users.

Leg Stretch

Item SOF1-040: Leg Stretch

Function: Training leg muscles, Increase the flexibility of your body.

Method: Lift one leg and place on the rail with body tilted forward. After stretching your leg change to other leg and repeat.

Elliptical Cross-Trainer

Function: Works all body joints, and promotes increased lung capacity, sculpts the body.

Method: Stand on the pedal, with hands closed upon handrails and activate machine with walking motion. Do not jump on machine. The equipment is suitable for all types of users. Low impact exercise.

Back Massager

Item SOF1-010: Back Massager

Function: Enhance strength of waist and back muscles, balance the nervous system.

Method: Make sure your body is against the massage rails, and make up, down, right, left movements with your back. The equipment is suitable for the elderly. 2 position, 2 users.

Shoulder Extension

Item SOF1-009: Shoulder Extension

Function: Enhances upper arm strength and improves the flexibility of the shoulder.

Method: Close both hands upon the handgrips. Turn the wheels in the same direction or opposite direction at the same time. Do not attempt to pull the wheel in a vertical direction. The equipment is suitable for all ages and is limited to two users at one time.

Waist Extension

Item SOF1-016: Waist Extension

Function: Enhance strength of abdominal muscles, develop waist flexibility.

Method: Stand on the foot pad with both hands closed upon the handrails, and swing both legs in a pendulum movement. Do not attempt to come off machine until movement has stopped. The equipment is suitable for middle-aged and elderly.

Calf Massager

Item SOF1-042: Calf Massager

Function: Massage & Relax calf muscles

Method: Place lower leg over rail
Place one or both hands on upper rail
Gently roll calf muscle over lower rail
Repeat with other leg

Body Twist
Item SOF1-020: Body Twist

Function: Strengthens and tones waist muscles
Enhances internal organ function

Method: Reach up and hold wheel with both hands
Keeping feet firmly on the ground twist body left & right smoothly
