Sometimes the participant may wish to workout in a different manner,
for example participating in group sport, golf, running, cycling etc.
This selection provides an ideal way to prepare, warm-up, stretch and
is especially selected for golf clubs, tennis clubs, walking & cycling
routes and similar. 5 to 10 pieces would generally be recommended.
