Corribdale Park

Congratulations to the people of Oughterard who have worked so hard on the development of Corribdale Park, and who have now added to the park’s amenities with a selection of outdoor fitness equipment from OUTFIT. This is the first outdoor gym in the Connemara area, and consists of ten stations in total, with two machines specially adapted for wheelchair users. The equipment is placed in five locations around the newly developed walkway, and with the park being situated in the centre of the town, it will be a real landmark for the area. Special congratulations go to Sinead Grimes and the Corribdale Grounds Committee who have worked so hard on making this development possible, and we wish the community many years of enjoyment while using their exercise machines.
