In 2008, husband and wife Chris and Marion were enjoying a holiday on Turkey’s sun-kissed west coast, where they noticed outdoor gyms dotted along the sandy beachfronts. Inspired by the Aegean Adonises on show, they felt that this was something that should be widely available in Ireland too.
About OUTFIT
A First for Ireland
With a background in construction and mechanics, they researched suppliers and when they were satisfied they had found a partner who could provide a product up the high standards they expected, OUTFIT was born.
Over the following 15 years Chris and Marion set about installing outdoor gyms and fitness facilities in sports clubs, parks, along walkways, in hospitals, schools, housing estates, and anywhere else where people might gather!
OUTFIT continues to be a family company today, as their two sons, Ryan and Joseph, run the company as Chris and Marion enjoy a well-earned (semi!)retirement.
