Our machines are available in two formats – Pole Attached and Standalone.

For our Pole Attached range, two machines are fixed either side of a centre support. A unique feature of our equipment is that any combination of machines can be attached either side of the support – for example, a Walker on one side and a Chest Press on the other.  You also have the choice of a Single Pole or a Double Pole with Panel;  view our Gallery page to see examples of both.

Stand Alone

Fitness Rider

The Fitness Rider offers a high intensity cardiovascular workout, exercising all body joints and muscles, and providing excellent all over body toning!

Walker

The Walker provides a low impact cardiovascular exercise, working all lower body joints and muscles, and giving a good all over body toning.

Cross Trainer

The Cross-Trainer offers a low impact cardiovascular exercise, working all body joints and muscles, and providing excellent all over body toning!

Bicycle

The Bicycle provides a medium intensity aerobic workout, toning and exercising all lower body muscles.

Rower

The Rower offers a high intensity cardiovascular exercise, and provides excellent all over body toning while exercising all body joints and muscles.

Ab-Curl

The Ab-Curl strengthens and tones abdominal and stomach muscles.

Lat Pulldown

The Lat Pulldown strengthens upper arm, chest & back muscles, while helping to enhance, tone and shape the whole body.

Chest Press

The Chest Press enhances and strengthens upper arm and back muscles and helps develop physical co-ordination.

Back Massager

The Back Massager enhances abdominal & lower back muscles while gently helping stimulate the nervous system.

Stepper

The Stepper offers a high intensity cardiovascular exercise, while building muscles in upper and lower legs.

Waist Extension

The Waist Extension increases waist flexibility while strengthening abdominal muscles and exercising arm and shoulder muscles.

Dip Bars

The Dip Bars help build upper-arm, shoulder and chest muscles, and also promote & enhance cardiovascular function.

Chin-Up Bars

Ab Curl
